CCUS Optimization for a Major Cement Plant in Utah
Challenge:
A large cement production facility in Utah needed a fast, efficient solution to reduce carbon emissions without compromising production output. The company sought to deploy a mobile carbon capture solution to address emissions while avoiding the years-long development timeline of a full-scale plant

Solution:
In collaboration with Svante, Pr3dictive Labs, and Bridgeway Impact Group, Combustion Resources contributed to the groundbreaking project by handling the installation, diagnostics, and evaluation functions.
This project is the first of its kind to implement a mobile carbon capture solution, designed to capture CO2 emissions on-site and repurpose them into valuable commercial by-products. The system is uniquely designed to meet the plant’s carbon capture needs in a fraction of the time required for a traditional, full-scale solution.

Result:
While the project is still underway, early diagnostics are promising, positioning this innovative mobile CC solution as a potential model for similar industrial sites. The flexible design is expected to fill a critical gap in the industry, providing rapid, scalable solutions for reducing emissions and converting waste into commercially viable products.
